CousCous


Lunch time quick meal.
Poached chicken .
Couscous cooked with chicken stock.
Sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers.
Dried raisins and walnuts.
And sometimes I use Greek seasoning or roast red pepper and garlic seasoning.

You can buy couscous in Gwangju the underground food store Jellanam do.
