Im so jealous!! My favorite korean dish! Although I have to say the gamjatang in your picture looks different from what Im used too. The restauarant Ive been serves gamjatang using the whole pork spine which is quite intimidating for your first time to see a soup with what looks like pre-historic bones sticking out of it!
