Austrila Day Pavlova


5 egg whites
1 cup of powder sugar
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Whip the eggs till stiff add the sugar slowly fold in the vinegar or cream of tartar.
Cook at 140 for an hour and and half Leave in the oven till fully cool.
This was a real mess for me more like marshmallow than pavlova.
