Bread and butter pudding
Try this on for Saint Paddy's Day.


You need some butter
8 slices of white bread with crusts cut off.
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
sultanas
Cinnamon
2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
A dash of Baileys or a Irish cream liquor


Mix together the eggs and milk . Add the baileys and sugar . Butter one side of the bread. Cut it into triangles. Place it in a pie dish butter side up. Sprinkle with raisins and Cinnamon.
Pour over the bread.
Place in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
